腦瘤治療有新的突破！長弘生技日前針對抗癌藥物及新式療法的研究，提出突破傳統腦瘤治療技術，目前以EF-API-001開發抗癌效果，研究以大鼠為實驗對象，將標靶藥物放入腦瘤區藉由小分子技術能穩定釋放藥劑，只接受1次治療的大鼠，平均存活時間比傳統療法延長2.0倍。 長弘生技創辦人陳和錦表示，此振奮醫藥界的癌症小分子新藥將於3個聯合性的高水準國際會議中發表，台灣新藥研發也邁入新的里程碑，除抗腦腫瘤新藥之外，長弘生技也在從事治療漸凍人（ALS）新藥開發，關於漸凍症的研究，長弘公司也已發現可治療的藥物，現正申請專利中。
